Website redesign
A complete rebuild of your current site — strategy, design, code and a safe migration.
- Full audit of the existing site
- New visual direction and page structure
- Content migration and 301 redirects
- Two revision rounds included
A five-page site for a plumber and a twenty-page platform with a booking engine are not the same job. So we don't pretend they cost the same. Every project is scoped in writing first, then quoted as one fixed fee you approve before anything begins.
The quote document contains the page list, deliverables, timeline, revision rounds and payment milestones.
Most agencies publish a "starting from" figure and then quietly change it once they see the brief. We'd rather do the opposite: look at the actual work, write it down, and quote the real number once.
That means the first conversation is about your business, not our rate card. What does the site need to do? Who is it speaking to? What has to be migrated, integrated or rewritten? Those answers decide the scope — and the scope decides the fee.
You get the quote in writing. Page list, deliverables, timeline, revision rounds and payment milestones. If it isn't in the document, it isn't in the price.
Current site reviewed, competitors checked, the single job of the new site agreed.
Art direction, page architecture and a full homepage concept for approval.
Every page hand-coded, content moved, redirects mapped, performance tuned.
DNS, SSL, analytics, walkthrough recording and 30 days of support.
These are the three shapes most projects take. Each is scoped individually — the shape tells you what kind of work is involved, not what it costs.
A complete rebuild of your current site — strategy, design, code and a safe migration.
A new site designed and coded from zero — for launches, platforms and businesses a template can't hold.
A single focused page for a campaign, launch or service — designed around one action.
How many unique templates and pages need designing and coding.
Whether copy and images exist, or need to be written and sourced.
Booking, CRM, payments, CMS or bespoke API work.
How much existing search equity has to be protected with redirects.
Standard schedule, or a compressed launch date.
Every page is tested against a performance budget before launch. If it doesn't hit the target, it isn't finished.
Tested from 320px phones up to ultrawide desktops. Not a desktop layout squeezed into a phone.
Semantic markup, metadata, schema, sitemaps and redirects handled as part of the build, not as an upsell.
Keyboard navigation, focus states, contrast and semantic structure checked on every page.
Domain, DNS, certificates and email records configured and tested by us before handover.
Source files, design assets and documentation transferred on final payment. No lock-in.
Most quotes are issued within two business days of the discovery call.
A URL, a sentence about the business and what isn't working. That's enough to start.
Day 1We review the current site by hand and reply with a short written audit and a recommendation.
Within 1 business dayTwenty minutes on the customers, the sales process and what the site actually needs to achieve.
Day 2Page list, deliverables, timeline and one fixed fee. You approve it before any work begins.
Day 2–3What people usually want to know about how the quote is built and what it covers.
Request a quoteBecause a price without a scope is misleading in both directions. A published "starting from" number either scares away smaller projects it doesn't apply to, or sets an expectation the actual brief can't meet. We'd rather look at your site and quote the real number once.
Usually within two business days of the discovery call. If your project needs a deeper technical review — an audit of a large site, or scoping an integration — we'll tell you how long that will take before we start.
Yes. The fee is fixed against the written scope. If you ask for something outside that scope later, we quote the addition separately and you decide whether to proceed. There is no hourly billing and no surprise invoice at the end.
50% to begin the project and 50% on launch, before the site goes live. For larger builds we can split into three milestones. Invoices are issued through Wise or Dodo Payments.
Two full rounds of revisions during the build, plus minor tweaks during the final review. Additional rounds or scope changes after design sign-off are quoted separately so there are no surprise charges.
Yes, optionally. Because the sites are static or lightly dynamic, they need very little maintenance — but we offer a monthly care plan covering updates, backups, uptime monitoring and small content edits if you'd rather not think about it.
We write the structural copy — headlines, section text and calls to action — as part of the design work, because the layout depends on it. Long-form content like blog articles or detailed service descriptions can be added to the scope or handled by your team.
A short description of the project is enough to start. We'll come back with a fixed quote, a page list and a dated timeline.
We review your current site before quoting anything.
Written scope, page list and timeline in the same document.
No obligation. Usually answered within one business day.
